To place your order, just phone any toll free number listed on our contact page, please choose the closest one to you. Canadian customers call one of our Canadian offices, US customers call one of our US offices. A customer service representative will be happy to help you.

Once we receive your shipping address, we will calculate the least expensive freight rate possible from one of our 8 Distribution Centers. The price of shipping will then be added to your order.

First time deliveries must be paid by Cash or Cheque ON DELIVERY or a credit card information can be given to the customer service representative when the order is placed.

After your first order, if you would like to pay your payments through terms, please fill out a credit application form below. Or, if you would like to pay with by credit card, please fill out a credit card authorization form below.
