The Qzina Institute will serve as a secondary inspiration, teaching and demonstration location for (MOF) Stephane Treand's Pastry School. Qzina is the proud Founding Sponsor of the new Pastry School, located in the pristine hills of San Clemente, California, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
